  • Minimum wage – Air Canada and CUPE, Air Canada Component – 2020 CanLII 9267 (CA LA)
    Union alleged that employees were not being paid Ontario minimum wage – minimum wage guaranteed by LOU – arbitrator issued short decision – found minimum wage was being met for pilots – cabin personnel assigned to ground duties were required to receive minimum wage or their collective agreement entitlement, or payments made pursuant to policy where the total hourly compensation meets or exceeds minimum wage, whichever was greater
