  • Certification amendment – Perimeter Aviation LP – Order No. 11378-U
    Air Line Pilots Association certified for bargaining agent of pilots at Bearskin Lake Air Service Ltd – Unifor certified to represent pilots for Perimeter Aviation – Bearskin merged with Perimeter after sale – ALPA applies for review of certification – representation vote – ALPA wins certification – certificate reads:
    – all pilots employed by Perimeter Aviation LP, excluding the Safety Compliance Officer, Pilot Training Manager, Assistant Chief Pilot and those above the rank of Assistant Chief Pilot.
  • Certification amendment – PAL Airlines Ltd. – Order No. 11408-U
    ALPA applies for certification as bargaining agent – employer opposed definition of bargaining unit – requested captain and training captain/check pilots DASH be excluded because managerial positions – board agreed – certificate reads:
    – all pilots employed by PAL Airlines Ltd., excluding managers, assistant chief pilots, chief pilots, directors, vice presidents, training captains, training captains/check pilots DASH, supervisors and those above the rank of supervisor.
