Pascale graduated Cum Laude from the University of Ottawa Programme de Droit Canadien in 2019, receiving a JD and a LL.L and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020. Prior to attending law school, Pascale completed a Bachelor of Social Sciences with specialization in Psychology, History and Criminology at the University of Ottawa, graduating Cum Laude.
Pascale joined Emond Harnden as an Associate after completing her articles with the firm. Before becoming part of the Emond Harnden team, she was a caseworker at the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic for most of her time in law school.
Practicing in all areas of labour and employment law, Pascale provides support to a variety of clients in both the public and private sectors, including federally and provincially regulated employers. Having studied civil law, Pascale is often called upon to answer questions for clients operating in Quebec. She is regularly involved in defending against wrongful dismissal and human rights claims, participating in collective bargaining, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, responding to grievances and preparing for arbitration, and providing legal advice on various labour and employment law matters.
Pascale is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
