Paul Marshall

Paul Marshall

Paul maintains an extensive bilingual practice focused on labour and employment law, education law, administrative law and general advocacy on behalf of school boards. He also practices regulatory law as independent counsel for some Ontario College of Teachers’ committees. Paul graduated from the University of Ottawa in 1993. He was called to the Bar in 1995. He holds a Master of Education from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Moncton. Prior to the completion of law school, Paul was a certified teacher and remains a member of the Ontario College of Teachers. The valuable experience gained in the courtroom and the classroom is of considerable benefit to our school board clients.

He has considerable litigation experience representing clients in arbitration and before courts and administrative tribunals.

Paul is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Association des juristes d’expression française de l’Ontario and the County of Carleton Law Association. He was also a member of the Executive of the Ontario Bar Association – Education Law Section and a member of the Languages of Instruction Commission of Ontario.
