Sabina Veltri

Research Lawyer

Sabina graduated with a B.A. (Honours) from the University of Alberta and an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa. She was called to the Bar in 2009.

Prior to joining Emond Harnden as a Research Lawyer, Sabina was an Associate in the Civil Litigation Department of a general practice law firm, where her practice was focused on employment law. She advised clients on all aspects of employment law, including employment contracts and policies, terminations, wrongful and constructive dismissal claims, and human rights matters, and she represented clients before various courts and tribunals. Sabina also worked as a Labour Relations Advisor in the federal public service, providing advice, guidance, and training to managers in relation to issues such as grievances, discipline, performance management, and accommodation.

Sabina is a member of the County of Carleton Law Association.
